If you delivered by email, each recipient shows their own download status, including a timestamp when you hover over it, so you can see exactly who has collected the files and when. For link transfers, the panel shows whether the files have been downloaded at least once.

Turning on Access Control adds an email verification step for anyone opening your link, and WeTransfer sends you a notification each time a download occurs.
