Yes. When you enable comments before sending, anyone with access to the transfer can open it in the browser preview and leave a comment on individual files, including PSD and PSB files, without downloading anything. Reviewers who are not logged in just need to enter a name and email address to comment. No WeTransfer account is required on their end.
You can update the transfer title, description, and settings from the transfer detail page in your account at any time after sending. This is useful when a revised version of a composition replaces what is already in a client's hands, or when you want to add context to a transfer that went out without one. You do not need to re-upload the files to make those changes.
Yes. The browser preview lets recipients look through the transfer and select only the files they want before downloading. They can also mark individual files as favorites, which is handy when a transfer contains several PSD variations and a reviewer only wants to flag the ones worth progressing. This works across web, iOS, and Android.
Go to your Transfers panel, open the transfer, scroll to Extra settings, expand the Comments section, and change the setting there. Turning comments off hides existing comments from viewers but does not delete them, so re-enabling brings them back. You can flip this at any point in the review process without re-uploading your files.
Every plan includes password protection, which requires recipients to enter a password before accessing the transfer. You can also enable restricted access to lock the transfer to a specific list of email addresses, so only those people can open it after verifying their identity. Both options can be set before sending or updated from the transfer detail page afterwards.
