Share Figma files and get feedback in one place

WeTransfer gives designers a clean way to send Figma exports and collect comments on each file directly in the browser preview. Reviewers open the transfer, leave notes, and mark favorites without downloading anything or creating an account, while you keep full control over the transfer and its settings from your account page.

Collaborate on every transfer

Design feedback on Figma exports tends to get messy fast, scattered across Slack threads, emails, and version names that no longer match what was actually reviewed. WeTransfer lets you share your exported Figma files and receive comments tied to each individual file inside the browser preview, so reviewer input stays connected to the work it refers to. Every time someone leaves a comment, you get an email notification, making it easy to follow feedback across multiple reviewers or design rounds without losing the thread. From the transfer detail page, you can update the transfer title, revise the description, and adjust commenting permissions at any point after sending, which comes in handy when a new iteration replaces the version already in someone's hands. If your Figma work is commercially sensitive, every plan includes password protection and the option to restrict access to specific email addresses.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Yes. Recipients can open the transfer in their browser and leave comments on individual files in the preview without downloading anything or signing up for an account. They just need to enter their name and email address to post a comment. You receive an email notification each time a new comment is added.

WeTransfer's in-browser preview and commenting support exported formats commonly used by Figma designers, including PNG, JPEG, GIF, and PDF. If you export frames or components as any of those formats, reviewers can open them directly in the transfer preview and leave file-level comments without downloading first. For files that fall outside the supported preview types, recipients can still download and comment on the transfer as a whole.

Go to your Transfers panel, open the transfer, scroll to Extra settings, and expand the Comments section to change the setting. You can enable or disable comments at any point after sending. Turning comments off hides existing comments from reviewers but does not delete them, so re-enabling will bring them back.

Yes. In the browser preview, recipients can mark individual files as favorites, which lets them signal which screens, frames, or assets they want without downloading the entire transfer. They can also choose to download only the files they need rather than grabbing everything at once.

You can add a password to any transfer so only recipients who know it can open the files. For tighter control, you can restrict access to a specific list of email addresses, meaning only those people can open the transfer after verifying their identity. Both options are available on every plan and can be set before sending or adjusted from the transfer detail page after the transfer is already out.
