Yes. Recipients can watch supported video formats, including MP4 and MOV files up to 300 MB, directly in the browser without downloading anything first. They can also leave comments on the file and mark favorites, making it easy to give feedback on a specific cut without pulling the whole transfer down.
Yes. You can drag a whole folder onto the WeTransfer homepage and it will upload with the original folder structure preserved. Your recipient downloads everything with the same folder layout you sent, which keeps episode folders, project directories, or shot groupings exactly as you organized them.
Free accounts support transfers up to 3 GB in total, which covers many standard-definition or compressed video deliverables. On the Ultimate plan and above, there is no per-transfer size cap, so you can send full-resolution 4K footage or multi-clip projects without hitting a ceiling. There is no limit on the number of files you can include in a single transfer on any plan.
On Free and Starter plans, download links stay active for up to 3 days from the moment the transfer is sent. On Ultimate and above, you can set a custom expiry — anywhere from one day to never, meaning the link stays live until you choose to delete it. You can also change the expiry date on an active transfer at any time from your Transfers panel.
