Drop your slides in and send

Getting presentation files to your audience should take seconds, not setup. Drag your slides onto the WeTransfer homepage and the upload begins the moment they land — then choose to send straight to inboxes or generate a single shareable link.

Uploading made effortless

When your workflow depends on getting polished slides into the right hands quickly, the last thing you need is a tool that slows you down. WeTransfer's homepage is the uploader — drag your PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides export onto it and the upload kicks off immediately, no menus or configuration required. Every file arrives as-is: animations, embedded fonts, vector graphics, and high-resolution images all come through without a pixel changed, because WeTransfer never compresses or re-encodes your files. If you want recipients to check the content before committing to a download, browser previews let them flip through supported formats right in the tab. You can also lock any transfer with a password or limit who can open it to a specific set of email addresses, which keeps client decks, internal strategies, and confidential pitch materials away from unintended viewers.

FAQs

All your questions answered.

Go to wetransfer.com and drag your presentation file — PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF, or any other format — directly onto the upload area on the homepage. The upload starts the moment your file lands, before you have entered a recipient or typed a message. From there, choose to send via email or switch to link mode to get a shareable URL you can post anywhere.

Yes. WeTransfer transfers files in their original state with no compression, conversion, or re-encoding. Slide animations, embedded fonts, vector graphics, and high-resolution images all arrive exactly as you created them, so what your recipient opens matches what you sent.

Recipients can preview supported formats — including PDFs and common Office document types — directly in the browser without downloading anything first. This is handy when you have shared a large deck and someone just wants to confirm they have the right file before saving it to their device.

No account is needed to download or preview a transfer. Recipients click the link or the download button in the notification email and access the files straight away. Only the sender needs an account, which is free to create.

On a free account, transfer links are available for up to 3 days. On Ultimate and above, you can set a custom expiry date or keep the link active indefinitely. On any plan, you can add a password to a transfer so only people who know it can download the files, or restrict access to a specific list of email addresses — useful for keeping confidential decks or client proposals away from the wrong inboxes.
