Each transfer gets its own customization on WeTransfer Ultimate. You can choose a different background image and write a unique description for every video delivery you send, which is handy when you are working across multiple clients or projects at the same time.
With WeTransfer Ultimate, there is no transfer size limit, so you can send full-resolution footage, multiple clips, or an entire project folder in one go. The files land exactly as they left your drive, original resolution, original bitrate, nothing touched.
Yes. Recipients can preview video files in the browser before downloading anything, and they can choose to download individual files rather than the whole transfer. That means a client can grab the one approved cut they need without pulling down everything else.
WeTransfer gives you a couple of options. You can lock a transfer with a password so only those who have it can get in, or you can restrict access to specific email addresses so the files are only available to named recipients. Both options are available on all plans.
On WeTransfer Ultimate, transfers stay live until you choose to delete them, so there is no expiry deadline to worry about. If a transfer did expire before you were on Ultimate, you can still recover it retroactively, which can be a real lifesaver on older project deliveries.
