For each video delivery you send, you can upload a custom background image and write a description that appears on the transfer page, so a buyer opening a property tour gets a branded experience specific to that listing. This is separate from your broader WeTransfer page, meaning every transfer can be tailored to its recipient or property.
No. WeTransfer sends files in their original format with no re-encoding and no resolution changes. A 4K drone clip or a high-frame-rate interior walkthrough arrives exactly as it left your editing suite. WeTransfer also zips multiple files using lossless compression for download, so nothing is altered in the process.
Yes. Recipients can watch MP4 and MOV files directly in the browser without downloading anything first, on desktop, iOS, or Android. For real estate clients reviewing multiple property tours, this means they can check each clip and choose which ones to save locally, without pulling down the entire transfer. Files larger than 300 MB are not supported for in-browser preview, so very large video files will need to be downloaded to view.
WeTransfer lets you restrict access to a transfer by specifying a list of email addresses.
