Yes, with WeTransfer Ultimate you can add a custom background image and a written description to each individual transfer. This means every presentation you send can have its own visual context before the recipient downloads anything. It's a clean way to make a pitch or proposal feel considered from the very first click.
WeTransfer sends files without any compression or conversion, so your presentation arrives exactly as you saved it. Whether it's a PowerPoint, Keynote, or PDF export, the fonts, colors, and layout stay intact. What you send is what they get.
If you've exported your presentation as a PDF, recipients can preview it right in the browser without downloading the file first. For other presentation formats like PPTX or KEY files, they'll need to download before opening. Either way, no account is needed on the client's side.
WeTransfer lets you restrict access to a transfer in two ways. You can lock it with a password, so only people who have it can download the files. Or you can limit access to specific email addresses, meaning only those recipients can open the link. Both options are available on all plans, including free.
On a free account, transfers are capped at 3 GB total, which covers most presentation files comfortably. If you're on Ultimate or above, there's no transfer size limit at all, so even presentations bundled with large video assets or high-resolution imagery won't be a problem.
