When you set up a transfer on WeTransfer Ultimate, you'll find per-transfer customization options in the transfer window before you send. Upload your background image or choose a color, add a description, and send. Each transfer gets its own look independently, so you're not locked into one style across all your deliveries.
Per-transfer branding works with any file type you send through WeTransfer, whether that's images, PDFs, design files, audio, video, or anything else. The background and description wrap the transfer as a whole, so the presentation is consistent regardless of what's inside.
Yes. WeTransfer Ultimate includes a custom WeTransfer page with your own subdomain, logo, rotating wallpapers, and branded email notifications. It works as a portal where clients can send files directly to you, and everything they see, from the page to the delivery emails, reflects your identity.
Per-transfer customization, adding a background image and description to each individual transfer, is available on WeTransfer Ultimate and above, which includes Teams and Enterprise. The free plan does not include this feature.
Yes. You can restrict access to a specific email address or a list of addresses, so only the people you choose can open the files. You can also add a password to the transfer for an extra layer of protection. Both options are available on all plans, including Ultimate, and can be set up before you send or adjusted afterwards from your Transfers panel.
