The file the recipient downloads is a perfect copy of what you uploaded. There is no processing step that touches the video's format, bitrate, or color profile.


Yes. Recipients can preview compatible video files, including MP4 and MOV files up to 300 MB, directly in the browser before downloading anything. You have two options, and you can use them together. Restricted access lets you specify a list of email addresses, so only those recipients can open the transfer after verifying their identity.
