You can add a distinct background image and a written description to each individual transfer, so a cardiology referral package and an oncology research brief can each carry their own context and visual identity. That flexibility is built into the upload flow, so there is no separate setup step for each delivery.
WeTransfer supports any file type, including PDFs, high-resolution medical images, video recordings, audio files, ZIP archives, spreadsheets, and presentation files. Files are sent with no compression or re-encoding, so a high-resolution scan or a detailed imaging file arrives in the same condition it was in when you uploaded it. There is no format conversion at any point in the process.
You can restrict access to a specific email address or a defined list of addresses, so only the people you name can open the download link after verifying their email.
