Each transfer gets its own customization on WeTransfer Ultimate. You can choose a different background image and write a unique description for every folder you send, so a delivery for one client doesn't look the same as one for another.
Yes. WeTransfer lets you upload entire folders and keeps the original structure intact. Your client downloads everything exactly as you organized it, with all subfolders and files in the right place.
On WeTransfer Ultimate, there's no transfer size limit, so you can send folders of any size. Free accounts are capped at 3 GB per transfer, which may not be enough for large project folders.
Recipients can preview images, videos, audio files, and PDFs directly in the browser before they download anything. They can also comment on individual files and mark favorites, making it easy to flag what they need before pulling down the full folder.
You can restrict access to specific email addresses, so only the people you name can open the link. You can also add a password to the transfer for an extra layer of protection. Both options are available on all plans.
