Every transfer on WeTransfer Ultimate is customized individually. You can upload a different background image and write a different description for each handoff, so a branding project gets one look and a UI kit delivery gets another.
WeTransfer accepts any file type, so Figma exports in PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or any other format all send without issue. You can also send the original .fig files or bundle everything into a ZIP. Nothing gets altered or recompressed in the process.
Recipients can preview images and PDFs directly in the browser before downloading anything. This is useful if you are delivering multiple export formats and your client only needs to grab specific ones. They can also comment on individual files and mark favorites during the preview.
You can restrict access to a transfer by specifying which email addresses are allowed to open it. Anyone not on that list will not be able to download the files, even if they have the link. You can also add a password to the transfer as an additional layer of control.
On WeTransfer Ultimate, transfers never expire unless you choose to delete them, so clients can return for files days, weeks, or months later with no issue. If you are on a free account and a link has already expired, upgrading to Ultimate lets you recover expired transfers, including ones that expired before you upgraded.
