WeTransfer supports any file type, including CAD and 3D files, PDFs, ZIP archives, high-resolution site photography, structural drawings, Office documents, and design files. Nothing is re-encoded, compressed, or altered during the transfer, so the files your contractor or client opens are byte-for-byte identical to the ones you uploaded.
No account is needed on the recipient side. Your clients and contractors simply click the download link, which you can send via email or share directly through any channel, and access their files straight away. The branded background and description you added are visible the moment they open the link.
You have a few options you can use individually or together. You can restrict access so that only specific email addresses on your list can open the transfer, add a password that recipients must enter before downloading, or combine both.
