Yes. With WeTransfer Ultimate, per-transfer customization is applied at the individual transfer level, not as a blanket setting. This means a brand identity handoff, a campaign asset pack, and a pitch deck can each have their own background image and description, tailored to that specific delivery and client relationship.
WeTransfer handles any file type, including PSD, PSB, AI, InDesign packages, XD, Figma exports, SVG, PDF, and any other format your workflow produces. Files are sent exactly as they are, with no re-encoding, no re-compression, and no alteration to layers, color profiles, or embedded assets.
Recipients can preview images, PDFs, video, and audio directly in the browser without downloading anything first. For advertising and marketing teams sharing multi-file packages, this lets clients verify they have the right version and choose to download only the specific files they need, cutting down on unnecessary back-and-forth.
You have two ways to control access. You can add a password to the transfer and share it with your client separately, or you can enable restricted access and specify the exact email addresses allowed to open the link. Both options are available on all plans, so access stays between you and the right people regardless of whether the link is forwarded.
Per-transfer customization, where you add a background image and description to individual transfers, is available on WeTransfer Ultimate and above. Ultimate also includes a branded WeTransfer page with your own subdomain and custom visuals, which clients can use to send files back to you. Transfers on Ultimate never expire unless you delete them, so clients can return to download assets weeks or months after the original send.
