Per-transfer customization, meaning adding a background image and description to individual transfers, is available on Ultimate and above. It is not included on the Free or Starter plans.
Yes. On Ultimate, you can set up a branded WeTransfer page with your logo, a custom subdomain, up to five rotating wallpapers, branded emails, and social links. This page also works as a portal where clients can upload files directly to you.
No account is needed to download. Your client clicks the link, sees your branded page, and downloads the files straight away. No sign-up prompts, no friction.
On Ultimate, transfers do not expire on their own. They stay live until you choose to delete them, which means clients can return to a delivery days or even months later without needing you to resend anything.
