Wedding photographers capture the formal shots, but the candid moments live on everyone else's phones. WeTransfer Albums give you a single shared space where clients, guests, and second shooters can all view and contribute photos, with no app to download and no complicated permissions to manage.

Collect and share group photos in one place
Wedding photographers often finish a shoot knowing that the full story is spread across a dozen devices. WeTransfer Albums let you create a collaborative gallery your clients and their guests can actually use: share it via link, QR code, or native share sheet and anyone with it can start viewing straight away, no account needed. Contributors just need a free WeTransfer account to upload, and you stay in control as the owner, able to set the cover image, edit the album details, and remove any file at any time. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, and more, so uploads from professional cameras and smartphones sit comfortably side by side. When the album has served its purpose, only you as the owner can delete it entirely.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. Once you create an album and share the link, anyone who has it can view the photos without signing up. There is no cap on viewers, so you can share freely with the couple, their family, guests, and anyone else who should have access.
Albums support JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, and HEIF. That covers exports from professional cameras as well as photos straight from a guest's iPhone or Android. Note that albums are for photos and videos only, so documents, audio files, and archives are not supported.
As the album owner, you can delete any file uploaded by anyone, update the album title, change the cover image, and adjust the expiry date. Other contributors can only remove files they added themselves. That means you have final say over what the finished gallery looks like.
Viewing the album is completely open: anyone with the link can browse photos without signing up. To upload photos, contributors do need a free WeTransfer account. Creating one is quick, and there is no charge involved.
Yes. Albums support MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, and 3GP alongside all the photo formats, so reception clips, vow recordings, and behind-the-scenes footage can all live in the same shared gallery. The maximum file size for each upload follows the contributor's own plan.
