Upload your shoot once and hand everyone a single link to the full collection. Recipients can browse every image in their browser, preview individual shots, and save what they want, with nothing compressed and no account needed to view.

Collect and share group photos in one place
Photographers working with groups often need a way to deliver a full shoot cleanly, without wrestling clients, collaborators, or subjects across multiple platforms. WeTransfer lets you bundle every image into one transfer and share it through a link that opens a browsable gallery directly in the browser. Every format comes through exactly as shot: JPEG, HEIC, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and RAW files including ARW, NEF, DNG, CR2, and CR3 all transfer without re-encoding, resizing, or any quality loss whatsoever. Viewers can look through the full set at a preview resolution, flag their favorites, and leave comments on individual frames before deciding which files to pull down. If the shoot is private or client-only, a password or a restricted access list keeps the link locked to the right people.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Yes. Anyone who opens the transfer preview can click into individual images and leave a comment directly on that file, no account required on their end. This is useful for photographers who want client feedback on selects before handing over the full-resolution files. You can enable or disable comments per transfer, and you receive an email notification each time someone leaves one.
WeTransfer handles the full range of formats photographers shoot in, including JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, PSD, and PSB, as well as RAW formats like ARW, NEF, CR2, CR3, DNG, RAF, RW2, and ORF. Files are sent exactly as they exist on your drive, with no re-encoding or resolution loss, so what your client downloads matches what came off your camera.
WeTransfer does not support multi-contributor uploads into a single transfer, but you can create an upload request link and share it with every photographer on the shoot. Each person with a free account can upload their files directly to you through that link, and everything lands in your Received panel ready to organize and redistribute.
A link transfer generates one URL you can drop anywhere: a group chat, a newsletter, a client portal message, or a social post. Anyone who has the link can open the gallery and browse the full set without signing up for anything. There is no cap on how many people can open a link transfer, so it works equally well for a two-person shoot or a large event.
You have two options. Adding a password means only people you share the password with can open the transfer, and passwords can be set before sending or added afterward from your Transfers panel. For tighter control, restricted access lets you specify a list of email addresses: anyone who opens the link must verify their email, and access is only granted if they match your list. Both options are available on all plans.
