Collect and share group photos in one place
Photographers often finish a shoot with great work scattered across multiple devices and contributors with no easy way to bring it all together. WeTransfer Albums were made for exactly that: create a shared space, drop in your photos, and let others browse or contribute without any complicated handoff. Sharing is as simple as sending a link, a QR code, or using your device's native share sheet. Anyone viewing the album needs no account at all, while those adding their own shots just need a free WeTransfer account to upload. You stay in control throughout, with the ability to set the cover image, update album details, and remove any file in the collection.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
WeTransfer Albums support the most common photo formats photographers work with, including JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, and HEIF. For video, you can upload MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, and 3GP files. Note that documents, audio files, and archives are not supported in albums.
Yes. Anyone with the album link can browse all the photos and videos without creating an account. This makes it easy to share proofs or final deliverables with clients who just want to view the work, no friction, no sign-up wall.
Yes, contributors with a free WeTransfer account can upload their own shots to the album. Keep in mind that only one person can upload at a time, and each contributor's file size limit follows their own WeTransfer plan. Contributors can also delete their own uploads, but only the album owner can remove anyone else's files.
As the album owner, you can edit the title, update the expiry date, and choose a cover image at any time. You also have the ability to delete any file in the album, regardless of who uploaded it, so the final collection always reflects what you want to present. Other members can only remove files they added themselves.
When you create an album, you set an expiry date yourself, so the timeline is up to you. Once the album expires, it will no longer be accessible via the shared link. Set the date to align with your project deadline or client review window, and update it any time if you need to extend access.
