After any event, the best shots are scattered across a dozen phones. WeTransfer Albums bring them together in one place so everyone can see the full picture, not just their own.

Collect and share group photos in one place
Event photos tell a better story when they come from everyone who was there, not just one person's camera roll. WeTransfer Albums let the whole group contribute, so the shots from the dancefloor, the candids, and the moments you missed all end up in the same place. Create an album, share it via link, QR code, or your phone's share sheet, and guests can start viewing straight away without signing up. Contributors need a free WeTransfer account to upload, which keeps things organized and makes sure everyone owns what they add. As the album owner, you stay in control of the title, cover image, and what stays in the album.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Viewing is open to anyone with the link, no account needed. To upload photos to the album, contributors need a free WeTransfer account. It only takes a moment to sign up, and it keeps track of who added what.
Albums support JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, and HEIF. That covers the formats most phones and cameras produce, including HEIC files from iPhones. Documents, audio files, and archives are not supported in albums.
Only one person can upload at a time. If someone else is uploading when another contributor tries, they will need to wait for the current upload to finish before adding their photos.
The album owner can delete any photo in the album. Other contributors can only remove photos they uploaded themselves. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so it is worth double-checking before removing anything.
The album owner sets an expiry date when creating the album. Once that date passes, the album is no longer accessible. If you want to keep photos available for longer, just set the expiry further out when you create the album, or ask the owner to update it before it expires.
