Collect and share group photos in one place
Getting family photos out of separate phones and into a single place takes more effort than it should. WeTransfer Albums solve that by giving you a shared space where everyone can view and contribute without downloading an app or creating an account just to look. Share your album with a link, a QR code, or your device's native share sheet, and anyone you invite can open it straight from their browser. Family members who want to add their own shots just need a free WeTransfer account to upload. As the owner, you set the title, pick a cover image, choose an expiry date, and keep full control over which photos stay in the collection.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Anyone who wants to add their own photos to the album needs a free WeTransfer account. Once they have one, they can upload directly to the album using their phone or computer. Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, GIF, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, and BMP, which covers photos from iPhones, Android devices, and most digital cameras.
Yes. Anyone with the link can open the album straight in their browser and scroll through every photo, no account or app required. You can also share via QR code, which is handy if you want to hand it off at a family gathering, or use your device's native share sheet to send it through WhatsApp, Messages, or wherever your family already chats.
They can. WeTransfer Albums support MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, and 3GP video files alongside photos, so you can mix birthday clips, holiday footage, and still images all in one place. Keep in mind that only photos and videos are supported — documents and audio files cannot be added to an album.
As the album owner, you can delete any photo or video in the collection at any time, regardless of who added it. Other members can only remove files they uploaded themselves. Deletions are permanent and apply for everyone, so it is worth double-checking before removing anything.
When you create an album, you set an expiry date yourself, so the album stays live for as long as you choose within that window. Once the expiry date arrives, the album is no longer accessible. If you want the album to stick around for a big family event or holiday season, just pick a date that gives everyone enough time to view and contribute.
