After any event, getting everyone's photos usually means chasing people across texts and email. WeTransfer Albums give guests a single shared space to drop in their shots, and you get everything collected, organized, and viewable from one link.

Collect and share group photos in one place
Gathering photos after a wedding, birthday, or group trip is the kind of thing that always sounds easy and never quite is. A WeTransfer Album solves that: create one, set a title and expiry date, then share it with guests via link, QR code, or your device's native share sheet. Guests who want to contribute just need a free WeTransfer account to upload their shots directly to the album. Everyone else can browse the full collection straight from their browser, no account, no app, nothing to install. As the album owner, you decide what stays, you can update the cover image, adjust the title, and remove anything that does not fit.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
Anyone with a free WeTransfer account can upload photos to an album you have shared with them. You share the album link, QR code, or via your device's native share sheet, and contributors add their photos directly. Guests who only want to browse the collection do not need an account at all.
WeTransfer Albums support JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, HEIF, and BMP, which covers photos from most smartphones and cameras. That includes iPhone HEIC files and high-resolution TIFF exports from professional cameras. If a guest is uploading from their phone, it will almost certainly work without any conversion.
Yes. Anyone with the album link can view all the photos straight from their browser, no sign-up or app required. Only guests who want to add their own photos need a free WeTransfer account to upload.
There is no invite-only upload setting for albums; anyone with the link who has a WeTransfer account can add photos. That said, as the album owner you can delete any photo in the collection at any time, so you always have final say over what stays.
Albums support video as well as photos. Guests can upload MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, and 3GP files alongside their photos, so phone videos from the event are just as welcome as still shots. Documents, audio files, and other file types are not supported in albums.
