Collect and share group photos in one place
Looking for a fast way to get a shared photo album onto your device? WeTransfer lets senders package entire photo collections into one transfer and hand you a link that opens a full browsable gallery on any phone, tablet, or computer. Before you download a single file, you can scroll through each image in the browser preview, mark your favorites, and leave comments on individual shots, so you only save the photos you actually want. Every image arrives exactly as it was shot: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, PSD, and RAW files including DNG, NEF, ARW, CR2, and CR3 come through without any compression, re-encoding, or resolution loss. If the sender added a password or restricted access to specific email addresses, you'll be prompted to verify before the album opens.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

All your questions answered.
No account or app is required to view or download photos someone has shared with you through WeTransfer. Just open the link in any browser, and the full collection loads straight away. If the sender protected the transfer with a password, you'll need to enter it first, but that's the only extra step.
Yes. WeTransfer shows a browser preview of every image in the transfer so you can scroll through the whole album before saving anything. You can pick individual photos to download rather than pulling down the entire collection at once, which is handy when a shared album has hundreds of shots and you only want a handful.
Absolutely. WeTransfer transfers files without any compression or re-encoding, so the images you save are identical to the originals the sender uploaded. That applies to every format you might receive: JPEG, HEIC, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and RAW formats including DNG, NEF, ARW, CR2, and CR3 all come through at full resolution.
Yes, if the sender has enabled comments on the transfer. You can click on any image in the preview to leave a comment or mark it as a favorite, and the sender gets a notification for each new comment. You don't need a WeTransfer account to comment, just your name and email address when prompted.
It depends on the sender's plan. Free and Starter plan transfers are available for up to 3 days from when they were sent. If the sender is on Ultimate, Teams, or Enterprise, they can set a custom expiry or keep the transfer active indefinitely. If a link has already expired when you try to open it, the sender can recover it and share a fresh link, provided they're on Ultimate or above.
