Getting photos from a group usually means chasing people across texts, emails, and different apps. WeTransfer Albums give everyone a single shared space to drop in their shots and browse together, all from a link.

Collect and share group photos in one place
When photos are scattered across a dozen different phones, pulling them together takes more effort than the moment deserves. WeTransfer Albums let you create a shared collection in seconds: give it a title, set an expiry date, and share it with your group via link, QR code, or your device's native share sheet. Everyone with the link can browse the photos straight from their browser, no account required to view. Contributors just need a free WeTransfer account to upload their own shots. You stay in control as the owner, with the ability to update the album details, swap the cover image, and remove any photo that does not belong.
Our features are designed to minimize how much of your data we — or anyone else — can access, so you can keep what's yours, yours.

Anyone with the album link can view photos right away without signing up. To upload their own photos, a contributor needs a free WeTransfer account. Once they have one, they can add photos directly to the shared album from any device.
Albums support the most common photo formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, TIF, TIFF, HEIC, and HEIF. If your group is shooting on iPhones or Android phones, their photos will upload without any conversion needed.
Yes. Albums support video formats including MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, and 3GP, so group members can add clips alongside their photos. Note that albums are designed for visual media only, so documents, audio files, and archives are not supported.
As the album owner, you can delete any photo in the collection at any time. Other members can only remove photos they uploaded themselves. Deletions are permanent and apply for everyone, so it is worth double-checking before removing something.
When you create an album, you set an expiry date. The album stays accessible to everyone with the link until that date. If you need to extend it, you can edit the expiry as the album owner at any time before it closes.
