1.9 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

1.10 The promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

1.11 By redeeming this discount for Pro subscription, subscribers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2.1 Offer valid from September 1, 2023 – August 15, 2024.

5.3 The Offer is  available to new or existing Adobe Creative Cloud members in participating regions only.

5.4 Each eligible Adobe Creative Cloud member can only redeem the Offer once. 

5.5 The  40% discount only applies during the first year of the selected annual paid subscription. At the end of the first year, you will be charged the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.

6.1 With Calm Offer: Subject to the following terms, the With Calm offer enables users to obtain a 25% discount off the cost of the first 12 months of any annual subscription to the WeTransfer service and a 50% discount off the cost of the first 12 months of any annual subscription to the Calm Premium service.

6.2 With Calm Offer Period: The With Calm Offer is available to new WeTransfer Subscribers who subscribe for an annual subscription from 00:01 CET on May 9 2024 and expires on September 9 2024 at 23:59 Pacific time.

6.3 Eligibility: 

6.3.1 The 25% discount off the cost of the first 12 months of any annual subscription to the WeTransfer service as part of the With Calm Offer is available to any individual who subscribes for any annual paid subscription to WeTransfer’s services during the With Calm Offer Period using the promotional code as explained below (an “Eligible WeTransfer Subscriber”.  The With Calm Offer is only available to new subscribers to any paid tier of the WeTransfer service who have not previously subscribed for any paid tier of the WeTransfer Service.  That includes existing registered users who have a free account, but does not include a user who has previously subscribed to any paid tier of the WeTransfer but whose subscription has lapsed. 

6.3.2 The 50% discount off the cost of the first 12 months of any annual subscription to the Calm Premium service element of the With Calm Offer is available to Eligible WeTransfer Subscriber who is also an existing non-paying registered user of Calm.

6.4 Redeeming the With Calm Offer: 

6.4.1 To redeem the With Calm Offer users must enter the appropriate promotional code during the checkout process when subscribing for an annual subscription to any paid tied of the WeTransfer service during the With Calm Offer Period.  If a user clicks through to the checkout page by clicking a link in any WeTransfer marketing materials for the With Calm Offer, the promotional code will automatically be entered in the checkout flow.  Promotional codes can also be found in marketing emails from WeTransfer.  

6.4.2 Once a WeTransfer Subscriber has successfully subscribed to a paid annual subscription to the WeTransfer service, a one time email (the “Calm Subscription Email”) will be sent by WeTransfer to the email address associated with the WeTransfer paid account. The Calm Subscription Email will include instructions for users about how to redeem the With Calm Offer to obtain the discount off the Calm Premium subscription and will include a click through link to Calm’s subscription check out.  We cannot send the Calm Subscription Email to any other email address and the With Calm Offer cannot be redeemed by subscribing for the Calm Premium service by any other method.  Neither WeTransfer nor Calm will be liable to provide any discount for the Calm Premium service to any WeTransfer Subscriber who subscribe for the Calm Premium service in any other way.  The click through link in the Calm Subscription Email is valid until July 31st, 2024. 6.5 The discounts to annual subscriptions to the WeTransfer service and Calm Premium as part of the With Calm Offer only apply for the first annual subscription.  At the end of the first year, your subscription will automatically renew in accordance with, as applicable, the WeTransfer terms of service or Calm’s terms of service and you will be charged the then-current subscription rate until you cancel.

6.6 WeTransfer will not disclose any of your account information or personal data to Calm in connection with the With Calm Offer.  By using the With Calm Offer check out code when purchasing an annual subscription to the WeTransfer service you agree and consent to the receipt of Calm Subscription Email from WeTransfer even if you have otherwise opted out of the receipt of marketing emails from WeTransfer.  

6.7 The WeTransfer Terms of Service, including without limitation clauses related to renewal and cancellation of subscriptions, apply to your WeTransfer subscription and can be found here.

6.8 The provision and use of Calm is subject to Calm’s terms of service available on its website here.  WeTransfer is not responsible or liable for, and hereby disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law any liability arising out of or related to, any subscription to the Calm Premium service, Calm’s provision of its goods or services or your use thereof.

7.1 The offer (“Offer”) entitles eligible participants to a 30% discount off the first 12 months of any WeTransfer annual paid subscription.

7.2 The Offer is only available to individuals who:

7.2.1 are current Hoxton Working From members in the UK or registered attendees to the New Rules event hosted by WeTransfer on May 21st, 2024; and

7.2.2 when redeeming the Offer are first time subscribers to any paid tier of the WeTransfer service (that includes existing registered users who have a free account, but does not include a user who has previously subscribed to any paid tier of the WeTransfer but whose subscription has lapsed).

7.3 To redeem the Offer, eligible participants must click the link on the email they received with details of the Offer and complete the subscription process. The Offer must be redeemed prior to June 21, 2025 at 23:59 UTM after which the Offer will expire.

8.4 Each eligible Skillshare member can only redeem the Offer once.

4. The Promotional Discount entitles NEW SUBSCRIBERS TO WETRANSFER  to a 50% discount on any annual WeTransfer subscription package. The subscription will automatically renew after the first year at the standard annual price. 

5. This promotion is limited to one Promotional Discount per person (account user). 

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Promotional Discounts not successfully redeemed by the Redemption Date due to any technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

7. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon redemption of the Promotional Discount.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotional Discount where it becomes necessary to do so. 

9. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption of the Promotional Discount if in its reasonable opinion a participant is in breach of these terms and conditions.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any participant to this promotion wishes to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
