WeTransfer appoints Marili ‘t Hooft-Bolle as Chief Operating Officer

WeTransfer appoints Marili ‘t Hooft-Bolle as Chief Operating Officer. 't Hooft-Bolle previously held various leadership roles at start-ups such as Fab.com, Snappcar and Glossybox as well as C-level positions at Realnetworks and Endemol. She studied Law and Economics and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

WeTransfer, the world’s leading file-sharing service, is announcing today that Marili ́t Hooft-Bolle has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this new role, Marili will be responsible for Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities and Support.

Marili ́t Hooft-Bolle previously worked in a variety of leadership roles ranging from earlier stage companies such as Fab.com, Snappcar and Glossybox, to C-level positions at Realnetworks and Endemol. Since 2016, she has been running Fast Forward Ventures, consulting in growth acceleration and raising series A for start-ups. Marili studied Law and Economics and holds an MBA from INSEAD. She joins the Executive Team consisting of Gordon Willoughby (CEO), Nalden (CIO and co-founder), Stefan Verkerk (CSO), Damian Bradfield (US President and CMO) and Bastiaan Terhorst (CTO).
